Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Excellence: Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, helping them find home decor solutions that meet their needs.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our product offerings, promotions, and services to provide accurate information and assist in making personalized recommendations.
- Sales Support: Process transactions efficiently, handle returns and exchanges, and support upselling and cross-selling to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Administrative Assistance: Answer phone calls, emails, and store inquiries, maintaining a professional and helpful tone at all times.
- Store Organization: Ensure the front desk and store are neat, organized, and welcoming, supporting a clean and visually appealing shopping environment.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory checks, restocking shelves, and ensuring product availability for customers.
- Customer Engagement: Build relationships with customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Event Support: Assist with store events, promotions, and seasonal displays to create excitement and drive sales.
- Safety and Security: Monitor store entrances and exits, ensuring customer and store safety at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and assist a diverse customer base.
- A passion for home decor and interior design is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
