Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Excellence: Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, helping them find home decor solutions that meet their needs.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our product offerings, promotions, and services to provide accurate information and assist in making personalized recommendations.
• Sales Support: Process transactions efficiently, handle returns and exchanges, and support upselling and cross-selling to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Administrative Assistance: Answer phone calls, emails, and store inquiries, maintaining a professional and helpful tone at all times.
• Store Organization: Ensure the front desk and store are neat, organized, and welcoming, supporting a clean and visually appealing shopping environment.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory checks, restocking shelves, and ensuring product availability for customers.
• Customer Engagement: Build relationships with customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
• Event Support: Assist with store events, promotions, and seasonal displays to create excitement and drive sales.
• Safety and Security: Monitor store entrances and exits, ensuring customer and store safety at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and assist a diverse customer base.
• A passion for home decor and interior design is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
